Any Good App Creators Available?

Im opening an classified ad site and I need a simple app created to show updates and alerts to registered customers. Does anyone know of a good inexpensive app creator? PM please!

There are many online web app creators available you can try them for free.

We create apps, but can't compete with companies from India on pricing. If cheap is what you're going for and can't find anyone on the forum, or find that the app creators mentioned does not do what you want to accomplish, I'd encourage you to try Freelancer or Guru. They've got tons of people hungry to bid on developer jobs. A little tip: Check for their ratings, and Google their names as well. Like anywhere else, some of the people on there are scammers, but you can also get some really good people.
