Where to hire people?

Hey guys i want to test an idea need yo hire someone relatively cheap 300-500/month, anyone had experience and can guide me ? Email sending, mobile site building and maybe even cold calling.

Have you had a look at odesk? You can hire freelancers who can do all sorts of types of work for you. Most of the cheap labour comes out India and similar countries, but you can hire qualified people for a fraction of the cost.

There are plenty of alternatives out there; Freelancer, Elance, Rentacoder. I have had good experiences on odesk

If the position requires a TS the process can take a long time as the selected person obtains his/her clearance. You wouldn't get any update until they start their first day of work.

Vladcanada you can always outsource to freelancer.com, easyoutsource.com, remotestaff.com.ph, .bestjobsindia.in, so on... You will get a good result from 300-500/month.

At those rates, you need to specify the work in very fine detail. I had luck on Odesk but only for a short term gig.

I have used odesk quite a bit. Originally I used rent-a-coder.com. all are very good, but you do have to be VERY specific with instructions.

Odesk is the best way to go. Just be specific with the following : instructions, no. of hours you want the freelancer to spend, time (whether it is flexible or not).

I also recommend ODesk. You can find great workers on there. Elance is also great, but it will cost you a little more money to hire someone on there. However, with Elance, I have always found the end product to be better as well as less training to be administered by me.

Like elance and odesk rent a coder etc...
