Anyone knows a mobil ppc with 1 cent?

Hi,
I just tried a few search engines like 7 search with 1 cent ppc,but the problem is:extremely slow.
I might try CPA campaigns with 1 cent ppc on mobil,but I don't know where to start.
Is there any network 1 cent ppc with actually normal traffic flowing at this rate?
If yes do they mostly north American, or what country.
Does anybody experiencing a succcess with these in CPA.
Any reliable network at this starting rate?

buzzcity's minimum cpc is 0.01

Any other mobil network with minimum cpc is 0.01 or at least under 0.05?

There are a lot of mobile ad networks that gives you cheap, yet quality traffic...

Airpush has a good Smartphones (Android & iOS) for $0.01 (depends on the country... but most are somewhere between $0.01-$0.03).

Leadbolt starts with 0.05
Inmobi have some pretty cheap traffic... (again, depends on the country).
Tapit starts from 0.05...
