First Conversions on Buzzcity!

Hello i made a thread a few days ago about starting my first mobile cpa campaign with buzzcity and for some reason it was deleted but after the first 2 days of my campaign running my stats are..

Day:1 Exposure 32,498 Clicks 198 CTR 0.61,Spending 9.95 CPC 0.05

Day:2 Exposure 27,470 Clicks 201 CTR 0.73 Spending 10.05 CPC 0.05

Its funny because.my yeahmobi report is a little different but i expected that.

Each day i made 1 conversion of about 2.50 with a daily budget of $10 this campaign looks very promising so far.. I am very excited!

I just have a few questions if any one could help.me out..

1. Is there any way i could spread traffic out through out the day? Currently my whole daily spend is being consumed in 1 hour the same hour the campaign actually starts..

2. Is there anyway i could target specific.websites to bid on like a black/whuite list feature.want to advertise only.on the websites that are giving me.conversions after i gain enough data

It sux because i currently have.no internet i been using this unsecure internet connection for months and all of sudden yesterday they.put a password on it now i have to buy internet service which will cut in my budget but at least i know.im going in the right direction..

Well done, yes this traffic works well IF done correctly in ANY country using the right offer. Looking at your numbers for example "Day:1 Exposure 32,498 Clicks 198 CTR 0.61,Spending 9.95 CPC 0.05" it make me think your ad is not getting enough clicks, you should be aiming for 1k clicks = $10 within 24 hrs.

i really think i could get this campaign to work but i would need to be able to target specific publishers/sites with yeahmobis tracking tool i am able to see the exact websites that converted for me.. if they allowed this i could design banners to blend in with these sites and see EXTREME CTRS! i read somewhere that they have publisher filtering now but what are the requirements for it? thanks

You should always look for higher CTR. even if it's above the average, obviously you should try getting a higher CTR. what country are you running?

250 clicks is just not enough information, unfortunately :\
Personally, I never target adult sites UNLESS it's an adult/dating offer. notice that most of the aff network won't allow adults traffic for non adult/dating offers. Also, adult traffic for non adult/dating offers tend to be like that - a lot of traffic, low CTR, awful CR.
Those assumptions regarding the channels, are just assumptions. you can not really know that - the channels are basically something the publisher is setting when signing up to buzzcity. But there is a way to see the conversions on buzzcity's reports and optimize by that. If you want, PM me and I'll send you some guide I made.

Buzzcity has recently allowed the publisher filtering, BUT you'll have to spend at least $50 a day to get that option opened for you. And even then, you can only blacklist a couple of publishers (3) and on the account level and not the campaign level (meaning for all the campaigns you're running on that account). Anyway, buzzcity is a blind network - so you won't be able to get the site name, only a unique publisher ID - which basically tells you nothing beside the fact that you can blacklist IDs with a lot of clicks and no conversions.

My recommendations - Have you tried text ads? anyway, try other banners, test which one gives you the best results. and wait until you can a couple of more conversions. getting 2 conversions isn't statistical enough - you're looking a trend and you obviously can't get that with 2 conversions.

But, you're DOING, which is already great !

Hi - I've spent $$100s on Buzzcity campaigns, got over 1000 subscribers but not a single sale. Do you have any advice, please?

do you targeted Devices and GEO for your niche? or you run campaign by all GEO & devices?
if you didn't targeted GEO & devices you get crap traffic. in buzz city around 60-80% traffic from India only. so with indian Traffic its hard to get sales.

Hi - what do you mean by 'using the right offer'? I'm pretty new to this and open to advice.

Buzzcity is really not worth spending you money.I have some very bad experience with them as an advertiser. Even as a publisher I earn more with adiquity than buzzcity on same site

I just put some test regarding buzzcity, also I have setup google analytic for tracking. My targeted country is in EU. I will post detail report after campaign end. Just for test quality of traffic.
