Which Mobile Ad Networks Provide Publisher Targeting?

hello warrior forum i am looking for some mobile ad networks that will let me black/white list publishers/sites/apps (publisher targeting)

i am currently using buzzcity as an ad network and they dont allow this option until you hit $50/daily spend which is insane!! theres so many mobile networks out there that i still didnt find any yet please some one help!! thanks!

without pcd its hard to optimize!!

Hi,

Even I had a similar problem last year. Adiquity.com has targeting criteria that I required. Since then I've been using Adiquity.com to promote my apps. Now, when I have issues, my account manager usually solves my queries.

thank you emily thanks for your reply will check them out i was looking at their targeting options and i dont see anything about being able to target specific app/publisher is this option available here? ty

wow this network looks amazing im surprised i never heard of it before thanks for the plug.. have you ever ran any traffic here? if so what countries and what kind of results did you have?
