CPI traffic source

Is there any CPI traffic source? Could be nice getting a 1.0$ cpi offer and pay 0.5$ cpi for a traffic source

Sounds to good to be true.

I suppose I don't totally understand what you're asking...

Are you saying your goal is to get more money for impressions than just paying for impressions at a lesser rate?

If that is the case, it sounds fool proof but I have to assume it isn't that simple.

MobPartner and this link are affiliate networkds, the provide me an offer for example 2.0$ per app install.
Usually I go to a traffic source such as airpush and pay for click and try to get the best converation rate.
My question is, instead of paying per click, is there any traffic source that accept per install offers?
