I need Help (yeahmobi +ggl play account ) !!??

Hi my name is Justin I like to earn money from this network I mean mobile marketing but my problem is I dont know what to do next !!
I bought an account with google play and I get an accoun with yeahmobi !
but now I am stuck I do not know what are the methods to generate money using yeahmobi CPA offers
Ps : I dont have any experience with buliding a mobile app
and I though that for promoting to yeahmobi offers you dont need that becuase you will just use their apps is that correct ? please anyone can explaine to me my head hurts :confused:
