Hi there,i wanna know what is admob clone?? And why people need to hire freelancer to do this?? Please somebody explains here,thanks :)

And i suddenly found a 100% duplicate of admob website before,it has the same contents with admob but different domain name,the duplicate website lets you to adjust how much the revenue you want to show,someone knows what that website is??
