Setup a campaign on Millennial Media?

I'm having issues setting up "Mobile web server to server tracking" on

the best way to setup tracking for MM is to pass tokens in the urls. append - apid=[:_mm_apid:] to your URL you will get the site id information.

Use the site optimization feature to block out poor converters.
