app builder for local business directory

Anyone has any experience building an app for a local business directory? what builder did you use?

This will be a complement for a web-based business directory.

Been looking for some options but they don't seem to be what I need.

Make sure you get a platform that is able to link to your database. This will allow you to synch with your website.
