MobPartner Problems
 

Hey Guys,

More than a week ago I subscribed to 2 campaigns and the status is still pending. I already contacted Support 2 times and haven´t heard back anything. Has anyone else experienced problems like this?

Sounds like a site you do not want to use. No support back there the help their customers out.

Ive been using mobpartner for a year now. They usually are goid with customer service for me. Are you publisher or advertiser?

Sorry guys, for responding so late.

I´m an advertiser (Media Buyer).

A little update. After 1 1/2 weeks I finally received a message from support. They told me, that usually it takes 1 - 2 business days for a campaign to get approved, in my case I just happened to have chosen one, that takes longer (yeah right).

5 min later my campaign was rejected....

In between I have already subscribed to 5 more campaigns, all of course still pending for the last two weeks now.

Screw MobPartner. They obviously have enough successfull affiliates, which makes them think that they don´t need to offer a good service to newcomers.

Thanks guys. Is it hard to get into these CPA Networks?
