Mobile Downloads Tracking

Hi guys,

I've been into Mobile downloads and been using hasoffer for tracking.

However, I encountered something.. kinda great.

I have 2 campaigns - X (Cost per sale) and X(cost per download)

Initially when I started off with download campaign, I was delivering 4000 downloads a day (with a unique tracking link).

In this scenario, my "sales" and "downloads" count was 900 and 4000 respectively.

However, recently, it seems that the affiliates who are delivering downloads are also giving out huge sales volume as well.

I want to know how is this possible all of a sudden? Assuming nothing has changed at my end.

What has the advertiser changed at their end which is causing sales to increase to 10000 a day instead of just 900.

Re: Mobile Downloads Tracking

It could be any number of things. Off the top of my head I'm thinking:
  1. They've changed the ad creative to a higher performing one
  2. They've raised the max cpm they're willing to pay for impressions on your app
  3. They've increased the frequency of their ads showing
  4. They've changed their targeting so their ads are more effective
  5. The ad network you're on is encouraging higher CPM bids
But I might be wrong. No way to know for sure without knowing the details on both sides. Congrats on the success though!
