Almost any network would give you weekly payouts once you reach a specific income.

I have only dealt with traditional CPA networks, not any that are specifically mobile. I have had success with both MaxBounty and PeerFly offers in my mobile apps. In fact PeerFly now redirects all mobile traffic to mobile optimized landing pages. As for weekly payouts, as mentioned above, almost all networks will pay weekly once you provide enough volume and quality traffic.
