Leadbolt trafic?
 
I used to be advertiser on Leadbolt, i got traffic but somehow lost traffic especially in Europe. Even I tried to increase bid significantly, add new creatives, No luck at all. I would like to know that Leadbolt publisher can black list advertiser or not. Let's say if I got bad CTR for 2-3 consecutive days, publisher would black list me, and never come back. Am I right?
