So I bought a developer license for a theme that I have been using for clients. The theme is pretty nice, but it includes a mobile version (not responsive, it has a separate mobile version built in) The mobile version is pretty crappy and I want to override it. Any web developers have an idea of where in the theme editor I can take out the default redirect code that links to build in mobile version (or even find it) I have WillR's mobile redirect plug in, but it isn't working. I think I need to remove the theme option before the plug in will work in this case. |

Example ... /public_html/wp-content/themes/"theme"/header.php Simply delete the redirect script (it's usually one line. | |

Have you tried asking the theme developer? All the responsive themes I use have a setting to turn off the mobile version, which I always do. They never look right on phones.

I've had no problems with my responsive themes. I'm currently using one for the following 2 sites. www.itranglobal.com and www.amadoc.com |
