A chainsaw-wielding psychopath comes charging towards you and there's a limbless man that's still alive and screaming for help from terrified members of the public. What do you do?

Nightmares are made of this and the victims of this astonishingly realistic but hugely funny prank must have had a few of them.

Disabled "victim", Nick Santonastasso, has a very rare birth defect known as Hanhart Syndrome where sufferers are born with missing limbs. Nick, from Bayville, New Jersey, was born healthy but has no legs and just one arm.

Nick said:

"There have only been 12 cases in the world where people have had Hanhart Syndrome - and eight of them are dead so I'm pretty blessed to be here."
Make-up artists took 5 days to create the artificial "guts" and the video has had over 5 million views in a couple of days. Best prank ever?

It's nearly Halloween. Enjoy!

These kinds of pranks are going to get someone shot someday. If I were carrying and someone came at me with a chainsaw, they'd have very little time to stop and tell me I'm on candid camera.

Agree entirely Sal. There seems to be a video culture now of more outrageous = better, and as you say, it's a matter of time until someone shoots first before they're made aware it's a prank. Surprised it didn't happen in the video I posted as it's so realistic, what with using the acting skills of a guy already limbless. I guess the first instinct is to run when you're really scared shit-less.

      Still dead funny though.
