Patent For An Ebola "Zombie Vaccine"?

Somebody just told me that a company called Exxell BIO, Inc. has patented a "rabies based" Ebola vaccine. You can view the patent at the link below. I shared this with a friend of mine and he really believes that there's going to be a Zombie Apocalypse. If you watched the movie World War Z, you know that rabies is what sparked the pandemic.

That's the virus patent - it would allow research, etc, on the virus.

The Vaccine is being developed/manufactured by a pharm: Tekmira - and it's partner: Monsanto. The gov has subsidized them.

You couldn't even make this crap up.

    From NASDAQ:
.... For starters, the company has a $140 million contract from the U.S. Department of Defense to develop the drug, which shows the company will make money for bringing TKM-Ebola to fruition even if it doesn't prove to be a commercial success.

But there is more to the Tekmira story: The company specializes in the field of gene silencing -- also known as RNA interference, or RNAi -- that could well have blockbuster potential.

Tekmira also has a partnership with agricultural giant Monsanto (NYSE: MON ) for use of Tekmira's proprietary lipid nanoparticle delivery technology and intellectual property. The potential application for gene silencing in agriculture -- especially where more disease- or drought-resistant crops might be the result -- could be remarkable.........
    Peaceful dreams.

Wow ... now I'm really scared. Your friend believes there's going to a Zombie Apocalypse and you saw a movie. Geeeesh ... I think I'll run to the food store and buy everything in it and just never leave the property again.

I'm not scared of the undead. At least I don't think I am. After I stockpile on a few more thousand rounds of ammo, I should be prepared for the worst. I'll just need to learn how to sleep with my eyes open.

You're doing it wrong. The noise from the gun shot will just attract more zombies. That's why I stick to machete's, baseball bats and this

A .22lr subsonic hollow point round could kill a zombie without making much noise. You just have to go for the head. I have about 500 rounds of the Eley brand in stock.

I don't like the idea of killing a zombie at close quarters because I may get some infected zombie blood in my mouth or eyes. And what if the virus goes airborne? If that happens, walking within 20 feet of a zombie could lead to infection. Airborne viruses can linger in the air for hours so if you have thousands of zombies running around like crazy in your neighborhood, it may not be safe to go out at all.

I don't think it's a question of whether or not we're capable of creating a virus that can turn people into zombies. Scientists are fully capable of carrying out that task simply by modifying and combining various types of viruses such as rabies. It's the perfect weapon against enemy nations. And unlike nuclear weapons, you don't have to worry about radiation. The big question is whether that apocalyptic weapon will ever be used for other purposes. For the past 20 years, all we've been hearing about on the news is this argument about climate change and how overpopulation is the root cause. Could a zombie virus be the solution to that problem?

So, you're saying scientists know how to create a specific virus that kills people, and causes them to come back to life and eat the living as well. Saying they are "fully capable" of doing this and actually having done it are two entirely different things.

If you can show some proof of this, I'd love to see it. Otherwise, I'm inclined to think you watch waaaaayyyy too many zombie movies and TV shows and are confusing fiction with reality...

I'm talking about real zombies here. Obviously, you can't bring people back from the dead. But you can create a deadly virus that makes people run around like crazed, hyper drug addicts. A modified human form of rabies could do that. Did you read about that guy in Miami who ate another guy's face off? That's what I'm talking about. If you throw Ebola and other filoviruses into the mix, the virus becomes deadly. So basically, the modified rabies makes them lose their minds and the filoviruses that are combined with the rabies leads to certain death.

Then you're not talking about "zombies" at all, now are you?

All the definitions of the term "zombie" refer to a re-animated corpse of some type - not a "crazed" living person. Not the same thing at all. I don't think most people would call a crazed person with rabies (or any other virus that causes them to act bizarrely) a zombie.

Good to know, though, that you don't actually believe in zombies. Your earlier posts suggested otherwise.

You're thinking about "old school" zombies. The zombies in the latest movies such as 28 Days Later don't come back from the dead. What I find really interesting is that their eyes are bloodshot and they spit out blood. External bleeding is one of the symptoms of Ebola because it turns all of your internal organs to mush. So if you combine a virus like Ebola with a modified human form of rabies, you have a real-life zombie.

I think you just redefined what a Zombie is. If you asked 100 people on he streets what a zombie is, your definition wouldn't be one of them.

Could someone create a virus that spreads quickly, that turns us into raving lunatics..before killing us? Probably.

But that isn't what I'd call a zombie...or what shows up, when you look up the word "Zombie".

That's precisely what the "zombie virus" does. It destroys the parts of the brain that make people think and behave like human beings. All that's left is an aggressive, ravenous creature that has no purpose in life other than to find food. They also have very little memory which means that any attempts to talk your "old friend" out of eating you for lunch will be futile.

Denying that scientists are capable of manufacturing a "zombie-like" virus is like saying that it's impossible to split an atom. It's already been done. And plus, viruses can be modified and PATENTED. Look up "virus patents" if you don't believe me. You can't patent something unless it's your own invention.

There's a lot of money to be made in that niche. Maybe you can tell me where to buy some .22lr ammo. I need about 50,000 rounds.

In literal terms, using the commonly used REAL DAY TO DAY meaning of zombie. I mean there actually IS a computer term referring to a ZOMBIE process, and acting like a zombie does NOT mean you are eating brains. Zombie actually has effectively 3 meanings:

    1. The meaning I am using here. ALSO used in computers, and it may even show up in a unix process list! Windows has the same thing, but refers to it by description, rather than by name.
    2. The one where a witchdoctor has taken advantage of someone that is subject to meaning number 1!
    3. The movie meaning, where someone is a certain creature that happens to have the attributes of #1!

And if I use the often understood meaning of apocalypse. AGAIN, it has three meanings!

    1. It ACTUALLY means revelation. I guess someone thought they should keep the original name of the book of the bible, and people took apocalypse to mean what the book was about rather than the actual name referring to what it was.
    2. It may often be understood to mean the end of EVERYTHING!
    3. The end of life substantially as we know it.

There WILL be a zombie(1) apocalypse(3)! It is happening NOW! We have seen demonstrations of it! I really could say a whole lot more here, but..... YEAH, you don't want zombies getting angry. They are never pleasant when they are angry.

The only zombies I know for real and much concerned about are:

      1. Season 5 Walking Dead
      2. Cocktail Variant

Here's an article about the Miami cannibal attack. Everybody assumed that this guy was high on bath salts. The Miami medical examiner said he wasn't high on any drugs. With the exception of drugs, what would give somebody the urge to eat another person's face off? Where was the attacker prior to this incident? If he was that crazy when he got up in the morning, the attack would have occurred somewhere closer to his home.

Well, first off - I don't think it takes a communicable virus for me to decide it's safer to stay inside if there's zombies running all over the neighborhood.

One guy eating someone's face is called a crazed lunatic - not a zombie apocalypse. Remember that serial killer decades back (I think his name was Dahmer or something similar) that was killing people, cooking, and eating them? How many people do you think ended up asking for human stew for dinner? Madmen exist and always have.

Second - why would gov need something crazy like this to cull populations? We have Monsanto - food that sterilizes and causes cancer, etc. We also have rampant geoengineering. Of course, most countries have outlawed that...the US hasn't though and Monsanto has it's hand in that now, too. Then there's Monsanto's hand in making vaccines, which to me is almost a guarantee we'll have the virus.

We also have viruses at a few military bases that are 100% lethal within a certain radius (I think it's 40 miles). They burn out in a matter of hours so you have to be right there when they drop it. Then of course, we have the UNs Project 21, which even I thought was "conspiracy theory" for a long darned time till congress started talking openly about it. That will force people into close quarters with each other so you won't have as many who can stay away from population centers easily, so great breeding ground for any virus, any terrorist that walks the pike.

I guess what I'm saying my take on it is, that with dense population centers, viruses, geoengineering, poisonous food, terrorist........um........why would anyone think they need zombies with viruses to kill of the excess population? They're doing just fine already.

We don't need to make up horror stories to watch things get real scary.

Those *******s at Monsanto. Do you think that everyone there, realizes that they are the same as THRUSH, SPECTRE, Lex Luthor, Professor Moriarty, and HYDRA?

Do they have meetings, where they just sit around and think of ways to destroy the world?

Is the company truly evil, or just everyone that works there? What about the people that sell office supplies to Monsanto? Are they in on it too?

Seriously. Proctor and Gamble has to go too. And Campbells. Their soup was sold by...The Soup Nazi. These connections are starting to make sense.

"Two Scoops Of Raisins" in every box of Raisin Bran? I found out that they were actually...dehydrated grapes. Hydrogenically modified grapes. You do the math.

Not quite as funny as you think it is, Claude. Lex Luther was a boyscout compared to Monsanto. Catch up, will ya? Monsanto left the "conspiracy theory" level about a decade ago.

Oh and - yes, raison bran still uses real grapes. I wouldn't count on finding any real fruit in those "dehydrated" fruit cereals though. Lots of pretty chemicals for you to look up on a USDS data sheet, though. Look up your next ear of Monsanto corn on the FDA, too. You will find it listed as a pesticide. Yum.

I actually read the ingredients on the side of the box. More, and more, I'm putting the box (or can) back.

Unless it's corn, grown from Monsanto kernels. I want Super Powers. It's Monsanto, or radioactive waste....something is going to make me glow in the dark.

The "Two scoops of raisins" in every box of raisin bran? I measured....that's pre-dehydration volume....so it's really "two scoops of grapes"

On The Walking Dead (my best reference as I've never been a fan of zombie movies), they don't really go for the brains. The zombies - or "walkers", rather - on that show aren't picky like that...

If the parts of the brain that make you "human" are no longer functioning, you're technically dead. All because you can run around and growl at people doesn't make you human.

I have absolutely no doubt that they do exist. We humans fail to recognize that the only thing that really differentiates us from the animals in the zoo are our brains. If you mess around enough with a human brain, you can transform a person into an aggressive, thoughtless beast known by many as a "zombie". Throw Ebola into the mix and you have the zombie spitting out blood, just like in the movies.

Yes, we're saying it isn't possible. At least I am. Sorry, I read silly things here every day. But there has got to be a bottom to the silliness. I think zombies qualify. Although, I did actually hear two teenage girls, ask a librarian where the books on real vampires were. And they were upset when the librarian just said "There aren't real vampires".

                              Well, There aren't real zombies.

I'll be honest, until you came here, I didn't even think anyone on the planet would believe that Zombies exist..or could.

Claude, let's say you're a super-rich trillionaire who secretly controls the entire world from the background. You believe that humans are destroying the planet you love, so you decide that the solution to your problem is to "cull the herd". Your goal is to reduce the population of the world from 7.2 billion down to about 500 million. How would you accomplish that goal without alerting "the herd" to what you're up to?

Obviously, nuclear weapons wouldn't work because you would destroy the planet that you're trying to save. Even an extremely deadly airborne Ebola virus wouldn't work because it wouldn't kill enough people. Millions would die but the virus would eventually be contained. You would need a virus far deadlier than airborne Ebola.

A zombie virus is the ONLY VIRUS that fits the bill. In almost every single zombie movie, most of the world's population gets wiped out in a matter of weeks or even days. Nobody would realize what's happening until it's too late and it's impossible to fight back. With a zombie virus, you can even persuade a country's military to bomb its own cities in an effort to contain the virus. It is PERFECT for reducing the population.

I watched Jurassic Park yesterday and I think if we could get those dinosaurs to invade places, this could thin the herd nicely.

I also saw The Matrix too and that looks a great way of keeping everyone, no need to 'thin the herd' - just shove them in a plasma bubble and hey presto, free electricity.

Also I was watching the Walking Dead documentary yesterday where they follow a guy called 'Rick' who has a funny American accent. That part of America is now over run with Zombies but the humans are fighting back. Basically, the virus may not be enough and the humans left afterwards may be a bit aggressive to fit back into society.

Failing that there is of course Harry Potter.

Jokes are fun and I like fun. Sorry you're worried about this but I want to enjoy the Walking Dead, not think it's real. Each to there own though.

Also, lets just say there isn't a trillionaire that controls the world and doesn't want to thin the herd.

                                      That is a possibility.

Not enough to make it worth my time. Let's make it a $trillion.

Plus, I don't want gold, it's worthless in a true apocolypse. You can't eat it and people can't tell if it's real or fake, so it will have zero barter value. You will need some sort of social order for gold to have any value.

That is correct. However, since it's on the Internet too, it trumps movies and TV and becomes true. It's a double-negative kind of thing.

And when the zombie apocalypse happens and we're all hungry, I got dibbs on one of Santa's reindeer, plus an elf or two. Speaking of elves, what kind of wine goes with baked riffle?

Gold never becomes worthless. Before 1971 the U.S. dollar was actually backed by gold. Now it's nothing but useless paper that the Federal Reserve keeps on printing up. The only reason why it hasn't collapsed yet is because of artificial demand. Just wait and see what happens when Russia pulls the plug on the dollar in 2 or 3 years. Everyone is going to trade in their paper for precious metals resulting in a global economic collapse. That will be the signal that the Zombie Apocalypse is near so run for your life before you become infected.

Gold only had value historically and was used as currency in Europe and parts of Asia. For native American cultures, such as the Mayans, gold was only used for artistic purposes. The reason gold hasn't been "worthless" is because there has NEVER been a scenario as you claim will happen.

More than 50 peaks over 14,000 feet. Be sure to bring plenty of gold because there isn't much food or shelter above 11,000 feet...Although since it's Colorado, you can get high pretty much everywhere.

Oh jeez - No, not Monsanto for "glow in the dark". Monsanto allows you to produce kids that are only similar to human or to sport frightening and disfiguring tumors.

To glow in the dark you have to eat fish caught near the fukashima melt down site. Now see - if you were more specific about your intentions, we'd be of way more help to you.

To answer your earlier question (still catching up on this thread today) I think Monsanto is evil in the sense that they are so greedy (and sadly, so powerful, thanks to deep pockets and strong political connections) that those at the top don't care about the extensive damage their company's products are causing in the world. Whenever the almighty dollar means more than anything - and in spite of the long-term consequences - then corruption is inevitable.

So, is Monsanto evil in the truest sense? I don't know. Corrupt, dishonest, and completely lacking integrity? Absolutely.

Monsanto knows it's products are poisoning people, the environment, and killing bees. They do it in order it to own our food supply.

Monsanto knows it's GMO's migrate and infest the crops of farmers who don't want to use GMO seed -- then sues their farms right out from under them for "patent theft".

I'd call that evil in EVERY sense of the word.

First of all, Eugene isn't the main lead. He's the weird guy with the sweet, sweet mullet.

Second, it probably wouldn't concern anyone, so start with "Dan Riffle...."

I've just decided not to start the note with "Dan Riffle'...

But to sign it "Dan Riffle".

              I'm watching you, Mr. Riffle..Sir.

Added later; I've only watched the last 4 or 5 episodes. I have no idea who's name is who's. I keep bothering my wife to explain the continuity. And I'm always reading when it's on.

There! That's my quota of excuses today.

Completely unrelated. My wife just called, she took our Prius A 2012 hybrid (beautiful quiet futuristic looking car) through a carwash at a Shell garage. Instead of washing it, it took her all the way through and began drying it. When that finished she thought it had finished what it was doing (although no wash) and had released her from it's holding.

She hit the brake and it catapulted her backwards into the carwash, like a rubber band slingshot. It smashed the back window and damaged the moulded spoiler.

Still there waiting for someone from the garage ownership to come and let her know what they are going to do about it. will need some bodywork done. she has insurance and it's lease purchase.

This was not a suicide attempt. Just one of those bizzare incidents that sometimes befalls you.

I'm just glad I was not driving. She would of never had believed me. then there would have been a homicide.

Update, Needs a totally new back hatch. That will take a couple of weeks to come and be fitted, needs painting as well. Sigh

Because there is no such thing as reindeer that have the natural ability to fly across the world in a few hours. But there is such thing as a voracious human being that is crazy enough to eat your face off. Multiply that by 6.5 billion and infect every single one of them with Ebola and you have a real-life Zombie Apocalypse. Do you believe me now?

You're confusing true zombism with Hollywood zombism. Brad Pitt isn't a trustworthy documentarian and is known to take liberties with his interpretations of certain subject matters. Béla Lugosi, Wes Craven and Sully Erna have much more authority in this matter. Pitt and his wife both serve the government which consistently feeds the public with disinformation.

Is this a film? The attacker who ate this guys face off was basically a zombie. When police arrived at the scene and drew their weapons, the attacker turned around and growled at them. I believe this guy was infected with a modified human form of rabies.

So any extremely violent person that bites is a Zombie?

What about Chikatilo? Dahmer and all those other serial killers that are also violent and often eat there victims?

Why are they called cannibals, not zombies?

Also Greg, it appears becoming a zombie isn't infectious, that's why the guy who he ate is alive and not a zombie. So how will you spread being a zombie to 6.5 billion, then go about giving them Ebola?

Greg, I don't care, you do. That's all that really matters. As I said before, jolly good luck prepping for it.

Those are serial killers that were sane enough to be tried in the court of law. The attacker in this instance obviously couldn't speak at all. His mind was completely gone. That makes him a zombie, not a cannibal. All cannibals can still speak.

No need to discuss anything further.

Naturally I'm still intrigued about the ability to infect most of the world with that guys 'Zombism' and then give them all Ebola though. You've not explained that yet.

You combine a modified form of human rabies together with various filoviruses such as Ebola to create a single hybrid virus. Then you kill the hybrid virus and add it to the Ebola vaccine. Basically, the vaccine with the "dead virus" tricks your body into thinking you were already infected with Rabies, Ebola, Marburg Virus, etc. and survived which makes you immune to all of them. But like the Polio vaccine, a small percentage of the people who take the vaccine will end up contracting the man-made virus within the vaccine that's supposedly inactive.

Obviously, they need to rush out an Ebola vaccine soon to save the planet. The CDC estimates that 1.4 million people around the world will be infected with Ebola without a cure. So the creators of this vaccine will claim that the zombie pandemic is nothing more than a freak accident. It wasn't their fault because they were under enormous pressure to rush the vaccine out the door and simply didn't have enough time to test it like you normally would.

Most vaccines are tested for over 10 years before they get to market. This Ebola vaccine is going to be rushed out the door in as little as a few months.

Well Greg, if I was the trillionaire behind this, you'd be top of my list to silence. Especially spreading his evil plans around the web.

By the way, I'd sooner believe a film than anything the Daily Mail puts out.

Did the first one think that the zombie virus came from Mars? Just a hunch.

The idea of a real-life zombie virus is "out of this world". You can put it on any planet you want.

Yup. The first version was a little meaner. And although this Zombie idea is silly, At least Greg isn't being mean.

Since there aren't any cases of ebola in Australia (yet), and I've never been to West Africa, nor do I come into contact with anyone that has, it's highly unlikely I'm going to be taking any vaccines, tested or not.

However, if it came to a serious choice between taking a vaccine and catching ebola, I'd take the vaccine.

If I die from the vaccine, well, it can't be any worse than dieing from ebola.

Ha. So the motive rears it's head.

Since ebola can, all on its own, kill up to 90% of an infected population -- why would they spend money to turn humans into deadly raving maniacs, when they are just as able to kill us off with virus, geoengineering, Monsanto/Dow/Syngenta?

Ebola has up to a 90% death rate. But it's not contagious enough to infect an entire population.

However, if it came to a serious choice between taking a vaccine and catching ebola, I'd take the vaccine.

If I die from the vaccine, well, it can't be any worse than dieing from ebola.

There, someone had to say it.

                                          About the zombies...

                                          You need a large evil organization, that is trying to keep this zombie thing a secret...or your whole story falls apart. Monsanto will do, in a pinch. And if we can find a CEO named Lex Luthor, it helps.....but any evil organization will do. A few idea starters;

                                          THRUSH
                                          SPECTOR

                                          CHAOS
                                          HYDRA
                                          Monsanto
                                          Dow
                                          Syngenta
                                          Miramax (they make the documentaries)
                                          Doctor Evil
                                          Shmirsh
                                          Wal-Mart
                                          NASA
Those sneeky guys in tech support.

I'll try to find a list of Trillionaires....but they are as rare as...well...zombies.

No he's not. Apparently the meteor is full of Zombies but the one they fired at Russia didn't because the lab technician forgot to put them in.

I mean think about it Claude. America says it can alter the course of a meteor. Not to save the planet but as Greg said, and I quote, "the second cleanest way to depopulate the entire planet".

“’You, me, buddy, and nobody else here,’” Poppo recalled. “’I’m gonna – gonna kill you,’ Or something like that.”

Thank you for pointing that out. But this guy was not any on any type of hard drugs like bath salts which doesn't explain why he was behaving in such a bizarre manner. Nobody simply loses his mind, strips all of his clothes off, approaches a random person on the streets and eats that person's face off for no obvious reason.

I believe the attacker was freshly-infected with the modified human rabies virus which will be in the upcoming Ebola vaccine.

In this BBC article, it states that the attacker "growled" at police when they approached him.

BBC News - Miami's 'growling cannibal' named as Rudy Eugene, 31

About 75% of the victim's face was reportedly missing.

Cyclist Larry Vega said there was "blood all over the place" when he came across the horrific scene by MacArthur Causeway.

"I told him get off," Mr Vega told WSVN Fox 7. "The guy just kept eating the other guy away like ripping his skin."

"The guy just stood his head up like that with a piece of flesh in his mouth and growled," Mr Vega said.

This article by CNN clearly states that the only type of drug found in the attacker's system was marijuana. Many people don't even consider marijuana to be a drug.

The naked Florida man who chewed off the face of another man last month in a zombie-like cannibal attack used marijuana but not "bath salts" as police had suspected, authorities said Wednesday

You don't know that. He had "a number of undigested pills in his stomach."

That he had undigested pills in his stomach proves otherwise.

That they haven't detected anything else does not prove an absence of anything else.

Broward Sheriff Al Lamberti is just one of the doubting Thomases who think the so-called "Causeway Cannibal" was on something not caught by either of the two labs that ran the toxicology tests.

"We are not testing for everything that may be out there," said Dr. Barry Logan, one of the nation's leading toxicologists.

                                    That's because they can't.

Clandestine labs are using more than 100 chemical compounds to make synthetic marijuana, but even the most sophisticated lab can only test for 17, said Logan, director of Forensic and Toxicological Services at NMS Labs in Pennsylvania, the same lab hired by Miami-Dade County to help test Eugene for bath salts and synthetic marijuana.

Bath salts, also known as synthetic amphetamines, are also hard to track for the same reason.

There are hundreds of bath salt compounds out there, but toxicologists can only test for 40, Logan said.

Causeway Cannibal: Toxicology reports say Rudy Eugene was not on bath salts, but not everyone believes them - Sun Sentinel
Experts say there is no question Eugene's behavior was drug-induced - and not by marijuana. But it's hard to prove because even the most sophisticated labs cannot test for every compound.

"We are not incompetent," said Dr. Bruce Goldberger, professor and director of toxicology at the University of Florida. "We have the tools, we have the sophistication and know-how. But the field is evolving so rapidly it is hard for us to keep track. It's almost as if it is a race we can never win."

Goldberger thinks Eugene was on a drug far stronger than marijuana the day of the attack.

If he did, in fact, have undigested pills in his stomach as this article states, those pills wouldn't have any effect whatsoever on his mindset because they haven't been digested yet. And can you name one type of pill that makes you behave like a real-life zombie?

Good point. I guess that explains why all the zombies in the movie 28 Days Later were dead within 2 months. They bite your flesh off as though they're ready to ingest it but then spit it back out. If real zombies ate human flesh, they would be able to survive for years.

Do you think their digestive track is in good working order when the rest of their body is rotting flesh?
Do they have a heart beat and working circulatory system?
Those are two things I can think of off the top of my head that would be required for zombies to be able to eat anything and convert it into energy.

As you probably already know, external bleeding is an Ebola symptom. So if you combine Ebola with a human form of rabies, you will have a person who looks and behaves just like the zombies you see in your favorite movies. Only it won't be so entertaining when they're eating your face off.

As you probably already know, external bleeding is an Ebola symptom. So if you combine Ebola with a human form of rabies, you will have a person who looks and behaves just like the zombies you see in your favorite movies. Only it won't be so entertaining when they're eating your face off.

No that wouldn't be entertaining. What I would do to stop them would be though.

I plan on using a .22lr semi-automatic rifle. It's not going to blow any heads off but it will kill with the right placement shots. Plus, the ammo is far cheaper and I can carry thousands of rounds on me at a time.

My side arm will probably be the most expensive machete I can find. When you're hacking hundreds of undead on a daily basis, you need a quality machete that won't fall apart on you after just a few uses.

AS I've mentioned before I'm a real bad shot with a gun (bow also). So for me it's a machete, pry bar, and my trusty sledgehammer handle for the main weaponry. Of course there's also my two hunting knives and butcher knives. Among others I have a 12" Cimeter that (like all my knives) is razor sharp.
One of my hunting knives that was made for me has a 6" blade and a 1/2 pound hunk of steel at the end of the handle.
Then there's my slingshot for just messin with them

A .22lr rifle has no recoil which means that a small child can shoot it. If you're a bad shot, a scope should do the trick. However, most of the zombies you take out will be within 50 feet. You should be able to take out your targets without missing. Just make sure to wear some good body armor. When you're battling the undead, you can't take your chances because they're pretty determined to take a bite out of you.

In the past I've owned rifles going from b.b guns and 22's to 50 cal. black powder and a few in between including 10ga., 12 ga., and 16 ga. shotguns and slug guns. As far as pistols I've owned or shot 22's, 32's, 48's, 45's, and 357's. I'm saying I'm a lousy shot based on plenty of experience across the board.
Now lets talk about this a little.

Now like I've said before I am pretty accurate with a slingshot. You can spend a couple bucks on a bag of marbles and have plenty of ammo.
Here's a comparison of the hitting force of a few handguns compared to a slingshot.

Is it possible to attach four wires to the whisker bisquit then use a 2-3 inch hose clamp to attach the wires to the Pocket Shot?

If the trajectory of both are the same then the ball would act like a one hit hammer on the arrow driving it further into the target. As far as pistols I've owned or shot 22's, 32's, 48's, 45's, and 357's. I'm saying I'm a lousy shot based on plenty of experience across the board.
Now lets talk about this a little.
DO you already have all that in place? What if you can't get that much ammo when you need it.
Now like I've said before I am pretty accurate with a slingshot. You can spend a couple bucks on a bag of marbles and have plenty of ammo.
Here's a comparison of the hitting force of a few handguns compared to a slingshot.
Can a slingshot hit harder than handguns? The Shootout. - YouTube
I question how effective a slingshot will be against a zombie. You have to remember that zombies feel no pain because the part of the brain that makes them feel pain has been shut off by the virus. Putting a huge dent in a zombie's skull isn't going to do anything, except maybe knock him over for a few seconds.

No, not even remotely. That's like me saying there is such thing as a comedian, times that by 6.5 million and infect them all with herpes and you'll have 6.5 million STD comedians. True but about as likely to happen as a reindeer flying.

You have 2 shreds of evidence. A guy in Miami that was loopy and a virus that Nigeria has already wiped out.

Explain how you'll multiply the face eater to 6.5 billion people, then give them Ebola and what exactly will happen to the 500 million left?

Ebola will kill most of the planet in your doomsday scenario and you're assuming it'll leave about 500 million. What you've failed to think about is that if you have all those people with Ebola also totally psychotic, those 500 million will be eaten.

I don't think you've thought this through but it's fun to theorize it all.

                Enjoy your day.

The super wealthy people who are behind this sinister conspiracy only need to infect a few thousand people with the zombie virus to get the pandemic started. Think of the "double a penny a day" concept. If you double a penny once every day, you'll be a millionaire within 26 days.

So basically, if you double a zombie everyday, you'll have 1,000,000 zombies in less than a month.

But if the virus is anything like the ones in the latest movies, the zombie population will double once every few minutes which means that this entire world will be infected in a matter of days.

Here's something else I find very interesting. If you're into online gaming, you're probably familiar with a game called World Of Warcraft. It's basically a game where millions of players play different roles in a massive virtual world. In many ways, it simulates the real world we live in now.

Back in 2005, a video game glitch known as Corrupted Blood caused an "unintended" pandemic which killed off most of the lower-level players. The higher-level players were the ones who survived.

Corrupted Blood incident - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The conditions and reactions of the event attracted the attention of epidemiologists for its implications of how human populations could react to a real-world epidemic.

About 3 years later, an intentional zombie plague was spread to promote the second World Of Warcraft expansion.

During one week of October 2008, a zombie plague was spread to promote the second World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, before its release. Unlike Corrupted Blood, this plague was intentional and was dubbed by an authorized representative of Blizzard Entertainment as the "Great Zombie Plague of '08".[12]

I estimate that a real-life Zombie Apocalypse will occur shortly after Russia pulls the plug on the dollar in about 3 years. When the economy collapses, people will become completely helpless making it impossible for last minute preppers to stock up on crucial supplies such as ammunition.

Russia could ditch US dollar in 2-3 years ? head of Russia's #2 bank ? RT Business

What happened on World Of Warcraft is about to happen in real life. The people who are behind this sinister conspiracy used a "silly game" as a hidden means to study the effectiveness of the upcoming pandemic at depopulating the earth. It's too much of a coincidence to write it off as anything else.

I'm surprised that, since these things are going to be infected, that nobody is making any nice flame throwers for those of them that are in the open enough you won't be burning a forest or house down when you set them off.

    Fire. Now THAT'S entertainment.

It's only entertainment if you didn't know the zombies in their former lives. I dread the thought of having to take out my former relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers simply because they're infected with a virus that makes them lose their minds.

Here's Joerg with a sling shot with a whisker bisquit attached to create a "sling bow". It seems adding a whisker bisquit to a Pocket Shot could turn it into a "Pocket Bow Shot". The whisker bisquit and Pocket Shot are both round, so it appears they would be a good match.

If you play the game Dead Rising 3 (I think thats what it's called) then you will know that everybody who decided to take the chip turned into a zombie.. this is also somewhat relevant to the RFID chip conspiracy. And also related to this post.

This probably isn't going to happen until the Zombie Apocalypse is over. Injecting people with valuable RFID microchips before the zombie pandemic will be a waste of chips because most of those people aren't going to survive. Once the Zombie Apocalypse is over, they're probably going to force every survivor to take a zombie vaccine that makes them immune to the zombie virus. That vaccine will probably be the one that contains the RFID chip. Those who refuse to take the vaccine will be unable to join the rest of the "subhumans" in the New World Order.

It might be that they are trying to mold public opinion toward a prospective anti-zombie unit in advance.

In the game the BSAA is a global military unit under the UN that has jurisdiction everywhere including the USA and the People's Republic of China.

IMO, it's a neat idea not only to fight zombies but also to establish peace on earth. We cannot let petty politics divide us as the UN represents all of humanity.

Espescially in the face of a threat like zombies.
