James Knight: Email Address for Support?!

Does anyone know the email address to contact James Knight for support?

I just bought a program & its up-sell thru his affiliate link, but when I clicked on the link for the bonus he promised, nothing happened. Frustrating.

Even more frustrating: I emailed him at the support address he provided but it got bounced back as NG with this message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
support@jamesknight.com

Can anyone help a frustrated customer with a good support email address for him?

Thnx,
Richard

His domain up for sale. That looks shady to me. But, did you make a Paypal payment? If yes, there should be a support address available on Paypal.

    Best of luck.

How does this thread lead to a discussion of Internet marketing topics, methods, or strategies? Hardly.

This isn't a support forum. We're sorry for your troubles, but this isn't the place to air them . . .

        Steve -

I am not attempting to resolve any Support issues with a Seller here in the Warrior Forum.

And I understand such problems should be addressed to the guy I bought the program from. But that's the problem - and the only problem I'm addressing here: I don't have a good email address with which to contact him about the problem.

But thanks for your helpful comment, anyway.

I think it's time that Rule #1 gets looked at again.
The excuse was always it's a private forum and the forum is only a conduit where people can list their WSO's Yada,Yada, Yada....

It's now a Corporately owned forum and maybe there should be some kind of arbittration when members have a problem, Ala BHW's Shitlist....

I wouldn't have a problem with that. Maybe it just needs to be a separate section of the forum. I just feel like the main discussion forum should be reserved for . . . surprise . . . discussion of IM strategies, methods, systems, etc. It seems to me to get bogged down, especially lately, with "support" kinds of questions that are usually best answered elsewhere.

At the very least, IMO, this thread belongs in the "off topic" area.

Like where? He is looking for someone. Where specifically should he go to find this person?

Not here. Unless the new owners want the main forum full of missing person's requests, support desk matters and other such stuff.

If that's what they want, cool.

Check his Youtube channel. You could try to contact him that way.

      Wow. That's some serious leaping.

The presence of a "For sale" front page doesn't mean there isn't something behind it. Nor does it mean anyone has been "done." (Doesn't mean they haven't, either, but that's the point. Not enough to go on to make accusations.)

If it was sold through JV Zoo, you may be able to get the bonus toward the bottom of the JVZ download page. Or you could ask the seller to relay the request, which they may do. Sellers don't like it when affiliates don't deliver, as that makes them look bad.

Also, James is fairly active on Facebook. You might try messaging him there if the other two don't work out. Or as a first option, for that matter.
