Does anyone know if it is OK to post a link to a free webinar I am hosting in a thread in the Main IM Forum?

How does one contact a moderator with these sorts of questions in order to avoid being banned?

It's unlikely that a post like that is appropriate for the main forum. As a WSO, sure.
