Here why's:

1) The forum Moderators now send you polite PM's when dealing with you.

2) Free debate is allowed - posts can now reference the bad side of the IM industry, these were always deleted in the past.

    What a crock of BS. I've been in many free debates on this forum for years, debating the good and bad side of the IM industry.

    • Theres no BS about it. Many heated exchanges that would not have been left in the past now are. Thats just a fact. Its not exclusive to IM discussion but true nevertheless

  • I don't know who is was but someone wouldn't allow me to respond to a particular warrior in a thread. I'd respond and it would get deleted.

    I even tried to say in the thread that some mod was deleting my response and that was deleted and my response wasn't even political.

    For some reason the mod didn't want or allow me to respond.

    Posts in Off Topic and in the WSO Forum don't count toward your total post-count.

    They weren't at all: I've been whining away about the bad sides of the IM industry for years, here, without getting my posts deleted.

    But I agree with you that the moderators seem to be doing a fine job.

  • I think the bad side of IM that the OP may be talking about is that anti WF/IM site links used to be deleted and just recently one was allowed to stay.

    This was probably because the new mods, while doing a fine job, don't know what the links are to or how many of them paint the WF and its management and everyone selling in the MMO arena with a wide brush -- as scamming thieves amongst other pleasantries.
