Vietnamese Warriors - Need your urgent help/advice

I hope this is not an inappropriate plea for help, so please forgive me in advance if so.

This past Monday, my husband's first cousin passed away suddenly (blackedout from unknown reasons, while driving).

He was a Vietnam Vet and recently (within last 6 months) married, and brought to the US, a beautiful Vietnamese lady, whom he has known for years.

Naturally, she's a "fish out of water" here in North Carolina (Boone area) ... now alone ... among new relatives (his family) ... you get the picture.

I'll be meeting her for the first time tomorrow at the funeral, though my husband has met her several times. She does speak English very well ... a well educated woman.

She has an alter to her husband set up in the house (incense, candles, etc).

Is there anything I can bring or say ... that's a little piece of "home" to help her in any way? A poem I can print out .... just something appropriate and fitting for the circumstance?

Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
