Oh, sorry. I thought you meant James Bald.

    • With a face like that, you just know there's bodies buried under his front porch.

    • Far too creepy whoever he is. The classic "creepy old guy"!

I think the Bond films have had their day. No one has played Bond as well as Roger Moore and Sean Connery. They were great in the 60's and 70's. The British have always made the best films in the world but they have been milking the Bond films for far too long.

    • The next Austin Powers, perhaps?

He is already halfway there to playing Dr. Evil and Mr. Bigglesworth.

  • Easy mistake to make LOL

  • I always thought George Hamilton would have made a good Bond
  • Maybe Henry Cavill or Andrew Garfield.
  • My votes are for:
    Jude Law (male)
    Emily Blunt (female)
    Graham Norton (both)

    Jack
Ps Claude, don't use the front porch, my brother runs a cemetary, give me a few days notice and I can have him dig one a little deeper....

  • My vote is for Jack Tackett.

I heard they actually offered ol' Jack the role, but had to backtrack the offer when all of Hollywood's leading ladies were literally beating each other up for the opportunity to be the next Bond Girl. Claude actually "attempted" (his words) to get a sex change and started taking acting lessons.

True story. Told to me by an English gentleman smoking a pipe.

    • I wish it was so Dan, but close - I'm actually in the next Bond film - I'm playing Daniel Craig's stunt butt. Its my big break and although I have to shave my butt - its a sacrifice I'm willing to make for my art!

      Can anyone say Oscar?

  • If the producers really want someone who can kick ass, takes no prisoners and can take on the worst of the worst, there is only one choice.

    • Forget Bond. Who'd make a great villain?

I vote for Claude as Suckfeld...

Bond: I suppose you expect me to talk

Suckfeld: No, Mr Bond, I expect you to vacuum.

  • I agree about Craig not being a pretty boy and making a super Bond.

When he was first cast, I must admit I was against the decision. His performances has won me over, though; and I now consider he and Connery to be the best of the bunch.

That being said, I do think we need a very physically attractive female Bond; not cute, not, but very attractive. I'm not saying I'm right, but I've been writing screenplays for 15 years, 5 years for indies, and I know the value of an attractive lead (male or female). You can get behind the hero better this way; it's the reason most leading men and women are good-looking. There are exceptions to the rule, though, and this is why I suggest I'm not necessarily right here. Think of Gene Hackman in The French Connection. Could there have been a better Jimmy Doyle at the time?

To play it safe: I'd go with attractive but tough as nails.

  • that's hilarious lol
  • I didn't know that this funny side of the Warrior Forum existed lls.
  • Jenny Talia is also the name of an Aussie comedienne. I won't post any of her many YouTube videos here as they're (surprisingly) NSFW.
  • Maybe Robert Downey Jr? Was pretty good as Sherlock Holmes & Iron Man
  • Here, I fixed it.

    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I'm watching Blackish right now and they just referenced Idris Elba as a potential black James Bond.

    Mind blown at the timing.
  • Isn't Idris Elba from the United Kingdom?

  • Forget James Bond.

I want to see a movie with his younger sister, Jamie Bond:

    • You would think she would be able to find clothes in the right size.

  • Do you think she carries that backlight and smoke machine with her wherever she goes?

If I was her, I would.

    • Actually, she just had Chipotle for dinner. She'd prefer you just pretend you didn't notice.

  • If there's one Warrior I could nominate to be casted, It's Van. Richard Van.

I'd like him to see shaken, but not stirred. And Mr. Whitacre be the villain, Miss Terra is the Leading Lady, Dan Riffle as the loyal henchman, and the title of the film will be Van 007: MarsRaker
    • [ 1 ] Thanks

    • My loyal henchman, Dan Riffle. Hmmmm. The only problem is, I think he would also make an excellent Bond Villain.

I don't think Riffle is the Henchman type.

  • Jason Statham, I think hes well suited to the role.

    • Yeah, he could dive right into it.
