Why the hell would anyone want to know that?!

It depends on how large the cat is and if you can get the thing to hold still long enough.

    Wear long-sleeve leather gloves...

As a rule of thumb, it takes generally about 3-3.25 hours per pound in a home freezer, then air drying at 180 degress in the oven for approximately 1 hour per pound. Don't over do it, though, otherwise it will become tough and brittle. You want the cat to stay nice and soft and fluffy. Commercial cat freeze driers are available using liquid nitrogen for flash freeze drying at a fraction of the time. But they are very expensive.

Isn't the hardest part getting Fluffy to sit still
Seems like something in a Hitchcock script but, not a cat involved

By quickly throwing the cat into a vat of liquid nitrogen, you will have frozen the motion.
