    I know a lot of people that are scared of mice, too - but it's slobbering stupidity to call 911 (or 999 over there I guess) over it. Ah well - increase the fluoride dump in the water....you make idiots, you have to deal with idiots.

    As far as hedgehogs - I wouldn't mind having a few of those little cuties around myself. How can anyone be afraid of little cute furry things like that? People like me that care about the other life forms in our environments just don't "get" this attitude at all. At all. When I was in NY there was a rabbit on the lawn of the building I worked at and a woman was freaking out over it. The building was right next to farm land. Come on - how unearthed can humans become?

      Yea, some people are extremely sheltered... or just plain weird in the head when it comes to animals. Even still, there are squirrels running around EVERYWERE in D.C. and no one seems to mind.
