    If you are referring to ME, I meant it in the sense of "I was only mentioning it, I didn't mean anything by it.".

        It reminds me of "No offense". you can say it...and then say the most evil thing you can say to a person. They can't take offence...because you said "No offence".

        These cultural unwritten laws just crack me up.
