When I click my username it takes me to someone else.

Ya, I totally over looked the help desk. Nevermind the thread then,

  • Forget Alaister. Submit a request to the Help Desk.

    • If I were you I would change my user name...your chosen name is one SYMBOL away from another one here and that's the problem.

      All you need to do is contact the help desk in the red menu bar above and ask them to change your user name and explain the problem.
