Wow, wow, wow. Somehow I get the feeling those folks will never double park again.

No doubt near a train station?

I have had that experience, l have 10 minutes to find a parking spot, and it is full, eventhough it is a big parking space.

In the end l just park under a tree or a spot that isn't parking, but will do.

But l would never do that, silly woman!

I have to double park all the time because there is a lack of parking spaces where I am. I make my mobile no. visible and is always very nearby. However, I suspect that someone purposefully punctured my tires on two occasions.

What gets me is that at two bystanders helped with the perpetrator. The driver was clearly wrong in the first place but that was certainly criminal damage.

The car alarm doesn't work when the window is broken but it does work when the owner opens the door.

That is NOTHING! I saw a picture one time, that I believe was shown HERE. A guy parked next to a fire hydrant! What are the chances anyone needs to use it, RIGHT? Well, they are HIGH pressure, and there was a fire across the street. The fire department was called, and needed to use the fire hydrant. They broke BOTH windows in the car, and put the hose through the car.

I bet she thought she only MIGHT get a little ticket. Instead, she got a huge delay, and had to have two windows replaced!

I have a truck driver friend. He was in downtown Dallas and there was a car parked in a no parking zone that was preventing him from making the turn he needed to make. Cop told him to roll over the car. He did.
