To get out of the office chair and over to something physical action.
I prefer to do some quite heavy gardening.
Digging in the dirt with a shovel to the sweat comes.
Jogging is for wusses.

    I shaved my head to day because I don't like long hair.
    Not because I'm a skinhead. *lol*

    And with no shirt on and a bandana wraped around my head
    to avoid the sweat pouring down in my eyes.
    I looked like a convict. *lol*.

    lol why does you shaved you head. I do like gardening; actually i'm from rural region in my village even ladies use to work for whole day with their long hair. What is there for you to avoid hair dude?
