What are "e-liquids"?

Someone said they wanted to start an "e-liquid" business.
I said to sell them on ebay.
He said that's not allowed.
I said, are they LEGAL?
He said yes.

I never did get a chance to ask him what e-liquids are.

Are they legal?
What are they?
Is it a "shady" grey area product? Drug related?
Are they an "emerging" niche?

        E-Liquids are flavoured juice that you pour into an electronic cig tank. An atomizer heats the juice and turns it into vapour, this is what you inhale. The juice is laced with nicotine and you can buy in different concentrations. It is legal and known as vaping. I have been vaping for 3 years. Millions have given up real cigs in favour of it. It contains none of the carcinogens or tar in real cigs, Their is no problem with secondary smoking either since it is principally water vapor that you expell.

        You can get zero nicotine juice on E-Bay. They do not allow the sale of Nicotine products.

        Vaping is far healthier than smoking.

          I have a pink one, Haha!

          My brother bought me one for Christmas, the Christmas before last. It mostly sits in the drawer. My lungs didn't like it.

          I should get it out and try it again now that we've moved and I'm not allergic to this house.

            eLiquid is the fluid that fuels the Electronic Cigarette. It is what provides the nicotine solution and the flavoring to your Electronic Cigarette. It creates the vapor in which you exhale that mimics the traditional smoke from analogue cigarettes.

            I have several e-cigs. I use 0 nicotine e-liquid so not addicted to the stuff any more but I still enjoy vaping.
