I cannot empty my pm box

Hello;

I cannot empty my pm box for some reason! "Empty folder" link doesn't seem work.

Also why only 10 messages limit? Vimeo gives 1 Tera bite per year,...you can give 10 Mega bites

    Unless you pay to join the War Room, you get only 10 private messages (at least that's my understanding).

    As for emptying your pm box, I never use an "empty folder" link. Just tick the box at the right of each message you want to delete, then scroll down to the bottom of the page (to the black bar beneath your messages), and next to "Selected Messages", there's a drop down box. Select delete. That should delete your selected messages. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting the help desk.

    Cali is correct. If you aren't a War Room member, you only get 10 messages and she explained how to delete them already.
