Computer headaches ,dry eye .....

Hey Guys a year ago i started to have Headaches and eye strain i used the computer 8-12hours per day when i am looking on the computer screen or any screen ifeel my eye dry and eye hurting what should i do to fix this problem it"s really effecting my prodictivity
should i quit computer and find another job pls help me

      You can purchase drops for your eyes. I do suspect, also, that you probably tend not to blink while looking at the screen. Lots of staring can help dry out your eyes as well.

      Do get some eye drops to help. Major problems can develop from dry eyes.

    I suggest that you decrease the brightness of your computer and always turn the lights on when using. Have a break frequently to prevent headaches the more radiation the more pain you have. Blink more often, then if it is persisted visit a doctor to have an eye exam. My sister is diagnos that she have stigmatism and needs to wear a eye glasses when working on a computer.
