Appropriate Listing/Ad/Signature

Now I've been a member here for quite a few years. However, not too often do I stop by. (I'm a sucker for bright new shiny WSO's and the more I can avoid this place, the less frustrated I get.)

With that said, I'm not too keen on what is appropriate for what I would like to post and don't know where to do so. I thought maybe someone can help me out here in this area of the forum???

So, I'm trying to promote a new crowdfunding platform that is self-funding in that it's an "intentional leveraged sharing community". Everyone helps to support each other's cause and in turn, the money that can be raised for someone's project, dream, passion, biz, personal need or whatever can be done with finding only a handful of people who would like to participate... instead of finding 100's or even 1000's of donators. What I mean by "participate" is that those that donate can utilize this system to raise money for their own causes. It's basically a win-win strategy that helps everyone out!

My question is, where would be a good place to promote this on this forum without it getting deleted? (I'm not even sure that I picked the right place to ask my questions!) Would it be appropriate to put my link in my ad? How about in my signature? Or re-direct me to where I would best get my questions answered here on the forum. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!
