I won't argue that point, although it looks like the streaming service is a B****h to use?

Madonna's star-studded video, Bitch I'm Madonna, slammed after troubled Tidal launch

The first person to take the p*** out of this music video, will most likely get a million views!

But with lyrics about kissing everything in sight, and, well l can't mention the rest here, pretty easy to make it funny!

Can't wait!

That's got train wreck written all over it.

Sadly, there is a new uprising of "bitches" these days. They think it's a term of endearment lol.

It's just people telling them why nobody wants to be around them and they own it. Pfft.

We'll see if money can compete with free, original ideas.

Madonna needs to give it up and get over herself and take Demi Moore along with her.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with aging, every woman does it. The key is to be the best woman you can for your age. Just because you eat healthily and exercise, doesn't mean you're going to stay young. It just means you'll stay fit and is part of the the appeal of mature women.

She needs to take lessons from Rachel Welch, Maureen O'Hara, Christine Brinkley, Jane Seymore among others. Now those women have/had class!

      Class goes a long way!

That was only Madonna's first problem and obviously, it all went down hill from there.

        Class ??

Terra, she is going to be 57 in August and she looks amazing.

If she wants to act young then thats her pejorative.

Personally, Iam not the one to tell her not too.

I just do not see anything wrong with being young at heart while also looking stunning at 57 years old.

I commend her for it...Kudos to this "young" women all day long

Yes, you might have a point there, she isn't wearing the usual skimpy outfit, and apart from kissing everything in sight, and using Nazi women for chirography the filmclip is fairly tame.

          The music is crap thought!

          3 million views, groan!

          Robert,

Do you not recognize class when you see it or the lack thereof?

I just turned 53 in May and I look amazing. Ha, I just got carded for buying hubby some Samuel Adams Summer Ale just last week. I am young at heart. But I am still 53, a mother, and a grandmother and there is no way on God's green earth that I would ever wear skimpy distasteful clothing and show most of my body in public making suggestive movements. I would never ever embarrass myself, my husband, my children, nor my grandchildren.

Look at Sally. She's even older than I am and she looks amazing too. She wouldn't do any of the above mentioned either. Yes, we dance. Yes we wear clothing that compliments our figures, but...

          We have class!

Hey, if you want to drool over trampy women, have a ball, baby! But I must say, I feel very sorry for your wife.

Even hubby gets disgusted when he see Madonna and Miley behave that way!

Could it be that he is a true gentleman? Hmmm, something to think about, right?

Oh, and no one suggested you be the one to tell her not to do that.

          Just sayin' is all.

You just listed about half of my major crushes growing up!

And the mother of the twins on that show Full House. Mm. Taylor Swift is cute too, with a bit of class.

Then Sandra Bullock. And the brunette from Law & Order... Angie Harmon? I digress.

Most girls these days don't get it. The ones like Miley and Madonna trying to help them embrace their inner "bitch" (train wreck, I say) and show it off to the world while being as graphic and vulgar as they can.

They are definitely creative in how they get attention.

We've even got men like Bruce, er Caitlin teaching them how to do it and leading by example. Smh.

Sadly money is more important than being classy and respectable these days. ;/

I've always thought of her as "Mad Donna." Her "shock and ugh" antics are nothing to be proud of. So she has money, but I don't see any class and there is no dignity in the crap she puts out as entertainment. What's really sad is the example she is giving to her kids.

She came out trampy. Probably going for the "shock" factor and appealing to the "rebel" in kids, teens, and young 20's.

Yes, her and boyance, although at least the second one is still attractive.

Madonna strutting about in a leather tight/rocky horror throwback costume, while most women in her age bracket are eating Twinkies and watching reruns of Murder Mystery's, is disturbing.

              Honestly TL,

I can say that I didn't like it when it was hot because I have never heard it before. Back in the 90's I had 3 very young children and we listened to easy listening and soft rock.

The station was WNIC, the one where Alan Almond did Pillow Talk on for years. They didn't play any Bobby Brown.

Yes, yes they did play Will Smith as well as O-Town, Backstreet Boys, Seal, Brittany Spears, Nsync, Jessica Simpson, Maria Carey, Boys To Men, Joe, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilara, Brandy, Ace Of Base, etc.

They played pop songs too, but not rap, and that song fell in the pop category as well as his Gettin' Jiggy With It.

Yeah, Bob Seger, Journey, REO Speed Wagon, BTO, The Who, some Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles, The Steve Miller Band, The Cars, Michael Jackson, Jimmy Buffet, Billy Joel, Boston, Tom Petty, Santana, Rod Stewart, Pat Benetar, Heart, Joan Jet, Neil Young, Matchbox twenty, etc.

It just depended on what time of the day you listened.

Well, I would classify half of that as music. I hope they abide by radio rule number one. No Led Zep before noon. The listeners that know how are trying to think.

Groan, do l have to spell it out, well she has bigger asset's.

And a permanent tan, not to go into ethnic backgrounds too much. Madonna, needs to get out of the recording cave and into the sunlight, unless her cooky religion forbids it?

Thanks Dan, (well not really) l waited for the song to get going and it didn't, but the women kept it from leaping from the train tracks, he, he!

So watched this rather silly video, inconsequential really, as was the song, very slight. Madonna, for all her pouting and pretensions was a co-writer of a lot of good pop songs over the years. This just aint one of them.

I appreciate her as an artist, writer of songs and she does a reasonable job of singing them. Thats about it really.

David Bowie had allsorts of dressup and pretentious persona's over the years but the fact is, he wrote a lot of great songs. I was a huge fan of his music, not his pretensions, I just bought and played his albums.

While I have always thought that this woman was incredibly stupid, I thought that she at least could do 5th grade math. Apple will be paying substantially more than any of the other streaming services to artists. Additionally, they will probably bring a minimum of 40M new people to the service. Any money lost in the 90 day trial period will be recouped in a short time.

This is nothing more than showboating and self-aggrandizement. This woman couldn't care less about her fellow artists. This is all about her and her craven lust for fame and fortune.

I've said it before and I'll say it, again. This hack is talentless, clueless and has a tremendously over-inflated sense of self-worth. If she was serious about her motives she would pull her music from the service, permanently - but she's too greedy for that. There's no getting around that simple fact regardless of whatever bogus reason you may try to come up with to justify it. She's not going to lose a penny because of this publicity stunt. She's at least smart enough to know that. lol What a total phony.

I have absolutely no respect for this woman and I doubt that Tim Cook could give a crap less about what she says or thinks. Apple doesn't need her for anything.

        Cheers. - Frank

The most important thing to remember is, I am not trying to change anyone's mind. We are all entitled to our own opinion of what is whatever, and I have no desire to get anyone to adopt to my way of thinking. I have always been a lone voice out on the prairie as it relates to following societies acceptance of certain cultural phenomena. Some folks adore Kim Kardashian. Some want to be like Donald Trump. Can you imagine???

I have no problem being that lone voice and am quite adept at handling the mocking that comes with it (am not referring to your comment, even if you were mocking).

The day I change my position just to be in step with the masses, concerning pop-culture, for lack of a better term, is the day I drink Drano.

The only thing that brings me a very slight moment of pause is trying to grasp how I can be so consistently right, and everyone else, so incredibly misguided and devoid of good taste. :-)

            Cheers. - Frank

                  "Bad Blood"

'Cause, baby, now we got bad blood
You know it used to be mad love
So take a look what you've done
'Cause, baby, now we got bad blood
                  Hey
                  Now we got problems
And I don't think we can solve them
You made a really deep cut
And, baby, now we got bad blood
                  Hey

Did you have to do this? I was thinking that you could be trusted
Did you have to ruin what was shiny? Now it's all rusted
Did you have to hit me, where I'm weak? Baby, I couldn't breathe
And rub it in so deep, salt in the wound like you're laughing right at me

Oh, it's so sad to think about the good times, you and I had

'Cause, baby, now we got bad blood
You know it used to be mad love
So take a look what you've done

You made a really deep cut
And, baby, now we got bad blood
                  Hey

Did you think we'd be fine? Still got scars on my back from your knife
So don't think it's in the past, these kinda wounds they last and they last.
Now did you think it all through? All these things will catch up to you
And time can heal but this won't, so if you're coming my way, just don't

Oh, it's so sad to think about the good times, you and I had

She would first need to be able to read at that grade level, before successfully writing at it.

I hope you fully recover from the trauma of being exposed to her lyrics.

Seriously, my daughter made me suffer through that song a couple of days ago. She said it fit her and her ex-husbands relationship perfectly and I just didn't want to suffer alone, lol!

I may not like a lot of her music, but compared to the women performers already mentioned in this thread and just to make a huge point and for good measure...

Uh, no! I got up early and starting working. I have all the carpeting vacuumed and shampooed and what little left, swept and mopped, and played with Lexi outside before the big storms come.

I even stopped her from eating the garter snake she killed. It leaped at her after she got on it's scent and while it was reared up, she bit it right under its neck and it dropped dead in it's tracks.

I had to suffer touching a creepy dead snake to keep my little Lexi from eating it! Ewwww!

Possibly, but she will always suffer from 'Donald Trump Syndrome.' Every day, when she wakes up, she's still going to be Taylor Swift.

There's no getting around that simple fact regardless of whatever bogus reason you may try to come up with to justify it. She's not going to lose a penny because of this publicity stunt. She's at least smart enough to know that. lol What a total phony.
Clueless and over inflated sense of self worth, maybe ! But saying she is talentless is way off.

I have seen her in concert and as a musician myself I can say she puts on a hell of a show.

An absolutely consummate artist. And the millions of people who have bought her records over the years just backs it up !

Sorry frank that you could not sell as many records. But you were good in your heyday

Fire Tim Cook. He's a eunuch. Talk about creating a monster. If possible, this little twit will be even more insufferable than she is now. I take that back - it's just not imaginable. I think she has reached the zenith of insufferable twitdom.

Why not just crown her as queen and do away with the 2016 elections? That's where this country is headed.

            Cheers. - Frank

"Consummate artist." That's the funniest thing I have ever heard, possibly in my entire life. Pablum is not art. As they say, 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder.' I'm sure there is some way to morph that to apply to music. My response to that line has always been, "Yes, but some people don't have very good eyesight. :-)

            To each, his own.

Yeah, Terra, I guess pop is not really my genre, but I do like Taylor's country and some of the cross over music.

I also like her ability to perform solo in a small venue as well as do a huge stage production. Sometimes she comes across the girl you know who performs at the local open mic night. I like that about her.

But, her character and class are what appeal the most.
