I need help on Firefox browser

Hi,
I accidentally clicked on an unknown link when shopping days ago. Nothing happened until yesterday. Unknown ads jump out on my pages from time to time. The homepage is redirected to oursurfing.com at times. I've tried to reset google as my home page, but it won't do it. Any ideas on how to get rid of this unwanted inclusion? Thanks in advance!

    Go to your control panel >> Programs and Features >> Find anything related to oursurfing.com and uninstall it from your computer. If this thing doesn't work then uninstall firefox and install it again from its official website.

    Hi, it seems oursurfing browser hijacker is troubling your computer. You need to remove it ASAP. Check system software, brwoser add-ins, and temporary files folder to clean out unknown things. I found this post provides free and detailed steps. Good luck!

    You can stop it from Ad-ons. Go to the Ad-ons section and find out anything related to oursurfing is installed. Then uninstall it and restart your browser.

      Yes, had that happen recently with a new free piece of software. The software addon didn't exist, so l couldn't delete it, and finally had to reinstall it and NOT tick the stupid popup option.

      A word of warning, remove the Skype icon, when upgrading FF, and any other plugins that you have installed but don't use, otherwise your browser wll crash, constantly!

    Hi,

    open run command (Windows + R key) then type regedit go to registry then find (Cntrl + F) oursurfing.com then delete everything releated to oursurfin.com ...most of time there is one more tab is likely to open with oursurfing.com i.e istartsurf so do the steps which you do in case of oursurfing.comI hope this will help thanks

    If any of above mention things didn't work, completely uninstall the browser with all the cash data and Install it once again.
