Opinions regarding new versus old "Warriors for Hire" ads

Hi all.

I would like some opinions about the negatives and positives of 2 different ads. The current ad is offering my writing/editing/proofreading services in the Warriors for Hire" section.

My ad has been going for more than 3 years, has had over 17000 views and 220 replies (most are my own and bumps and some are testimonials).

The other option is this
A rewritten, fresh ad offering my services.
While I can include testimonials, it won't have a history.

So I would like some feedback on which is better? Pros and cons.

Perhaps I should leave the current ad running AND start a fresh one?

I look forward to your answers.

I would keep the one with history. Nothing prevents you from editing the text if you need to make some changes.

I am leaning towards doing that but wanted to get some objective feedback. I have altered it a few times, as things change. Thanks.

I think the instant interest and credibility that you get from testimonials being in the thread and from thousands of page views is valuable. I keep all of my old threads and just edit and bump them.

I think you have sold me. I will keep using that one and, as you say I can make any necessary changes as I want.
