I think it is becaise you were logged in. Once you log in your option to thank yourself is gone.

If you log out and go to one of your posts, you will again see the thanks button.

If you decide to click the thanks button...you will be brought to the login page. Then when you login your thanks button will disappear again.

Try it and you'll see.

p.s. just had a funny thought go through my head...it's kinda like watching a dog chase his own tail. He can see it but he can't catch it. (no pun intended) lol

I would respectfully suggest (and this is my opinion) that Warriors either use the "Thanks" button if they have nothing of value to add at that point in time - but have gained something from the post, or make a post thanking a poster and adding comments/ advice as appropriate.

Try not to do both together (that is, using the "Thanks" button and then making an almost immediate 'post of thanks' too).

Just my thoughts,
