Interesting and worrying. Rather erratic interjections but stay with it. Snow that burns and why California is lacking rain amongst other things. Recent stuff. Basically looking at HARC and the effects of Chem Trails in an attempt by governments to control the weather and repel the suns rays. Selective areas of the Earth being kept cool while others suffer and the side effects of the materials raining down on us.

    Probably why 193 countries banned geo-engineering early this year? US and China opted not to ban. Go figure.

    Incidentally - did you know that Monsanto has patent on aluminum resistant crops? Soooo....ya think they were aware of something that much of the population still, to this day, thinks is a "conspiracy theory"?
