  Why is it anything medical related, there is a huge conspiracy behind it... Shockingly there was a global response to the out break so all this American troops thing don't stand up since there were multiple countries involved, including a small part of China.

  This means something good came of the international hysteria surrounding the ebola outbreak. It was an international response and effort. I expect that last outbreak (and dare we hope that IS the last outbreak) pushed enough money and effort into research to get a vaccine.
