Any PayPal intelligence here? Send money w/ credit isn't working.

I have $600+ available credit to use, but when I attempt to send only $367 for services, it says there is an error.

Here is what the red arrows are pointint to:
0:00- I think you can read that. Smiley Happy
0:13- $367 (amount im sending)
0:20- PayPal Credit (payment method)
0:28- 1. "Your payment metho isn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?"
2. Once again, stating the fact that my payment method is PayPal credit.

    I have had major issues with my card, but after going to the bank realized that the verification number had changed!


    Yes, Paypal, not really in my good books at the moment, after a year of affiliates screwing me over with dodgy credit cards, and having to foot the bill occasionally.

    I recently got rid of the affiliate part, wasn't worth it, since the occasional me being out of pocket and the constant dispute crap, l had to deal with was too much.

    But l would double check everything and contact support if the issue continues.

          Paypal Credit is what used to be called "bill me later". Right?

          It might be a technical issue or an acct problem - but it is a Paypal problem which is why you should contact PAYPAL support..

      I appreciate your answer, but I don't believe I am paying with a card, my payment method is PayPal Credit, and there is still a separate payment option for my card, which I have not selected to use.

    Even if this amount is from a refund, recent deposit, or earnings, they might hold it or a portion.
    Still, the screen does NOT generally tell you enough to determine if this is a bug or something. YEAH, ask PAYPAL! BTW if it IS a bill me later, maybe there is a problem with ratings.
