In the last week I keep seeing this particular video of this guy.

Anyone know much about him ?

Seems a little flaky and goofy.

Not saying he is but just seems that way

He "Reads" a book a day by skipping to one part, reading it and discarding it.

Actually Tai Lopez does give some good book recommendations that I have found great value in. His course is basically him telling different stories and relating them to achieving success. He doesn't really give direct advice but i found if you listen to the stories and think outside the box and apply them to your situation that there is some redeeming value in the course. Im from the school tht if you even come away with just one golden nugget then the course was worth it.

Agree with Salegurus. And just so the rest of you know: you can rent an exotic car for a few grand. I've seen specials where you can get it for a weekend for as low as $5,000. Then all you do is record a sales video and POOF! You're an internet millionaire with a magic push button software that made you go from zero to hero. AND YOU CAN TOO!!!

It's amazing how many people miss the OTHER part. MANY miss the rental option, but then those who do get caught up on it. Here is the reality:

There is a 22 year old kid on YouTube with a Gallardo
I know a guy with a NEW one that rides the subway to work
You DON'T have to be rich to afford one!

That being said...this is NOT his first scheme by a mile so he probably already has some money. Not the kind of money he pretends to have, but for sure enough for a Lambo. I'm gonna guess, most of you in here COULD have a Lambo too if you REALLY wanted one. I think most luxury cars are driven by people who really can't afford them. A base model Lambo is not much different. In fact...repo men have done some work with these cars....if you get my drift.

So the important detail is not to get caught up on rental angle. If you do and find out he actually owns it, it will work in his favor. You might even start to fall for it.

Bottom line...you do NOT have to be "rich" to rent OR own lambo. Now...an Aventador or higher Lambo is another story!

Didnt he make his money in hollywood? He lives next to a famous actress(cameron diaz maybe). Alot better than the clowns who claim they rich and dont got nothing near what he has in terms of wealth.

I guess I see him as a lesser of two evils, though he is a bit too nerdy for my taste(for lack of a better term).

I ordered his 67 days product, and I made it to day 4, before I became involved in other things. I believe he is is the real owner of those cars (but if I am later shown that it is not true, it's not me who should feel guilty), and actually has productive information to give out. The simple fact of the matter is that you can consume information or you can produce information. You need a balance, but in my opinion it's better to produce than consume if you want to become wealthy.

  • It's funny how the 99% here who don't make money criticize the man who does make money. Just sayin'

And he does make money since he can pay for those ads even if he is renting the car he is still paying and what are you paying or advertising? I have no clue who the guy is but I would bet that car is his and he is making 100 times more then then the average person on this forum.

My advice is don't be jealous of people who make it learn from them and sell something not spit on those who love selling. The reason alot of you can't sell is because you are hypocrites you attack those who love to sell. Selling is good, selling is capitalism and freedom, learn to sell and you will have something like this guy but until you despise people who love selling like this guy you will not make it, and I hate to be the one to give you some tough love but it looks like you people need it to get off your behind and leave the 99 percenters and join the winners circle!

So it seems from what I gather, this guy reads a whole lot of books then relays the messages from those books to try to motivate and educate others .

But he really does NOT offer direct advice from his own successful experiences in making money from actual businesses.

Does this sum it up ??

Kind of giving out Coaching based on Theory ( and books) and not from direct experience.

Private company ownerships are not that easy to assess or to quantify.. there are many Billionaires the Forbes List is overlooking.

It is not a definitive list to be sure. I personally know some who are so underground and they want to keep it just like that. They definitely don't want to be on "Rich List" that's accessible to every dumb and dumberers in the world.

This is an an old thread and an even older video.

I watched this video some time back. The first thing I noticed, 'hundred dollar car in a fifty-cent garage'. "Sumpten ain't right."

I finished Day 4. The 67 Day program is a one time fee. They also enroll you into a monthly $69 VIP coaching thing that I immediately canceled. When I said I wanted to cancel they offered me a scholarship and asked what I could afford. But I declined that. I have so much stuff from others that I haven't gone through.

Tai is the real deal. And his 67 days are nothing like Jack Canfield's 64 as someone else inferred.

I also get emails for his Wednesday free livestreams which are interesting - today he also had a guest speaker, besides himself and it ran for 4 hours. At the end he promotes his Accelerator program which is a home study program taught by himself and various other top people.

The ad with the Lamborghini in the garage - was to grab attention. He says that most advertising is boring. He buys all his cars very slightly used.

The Hollywood mansion in the ad is one of his homes and is his headquarters. Check out his website for link to the free livestreams Wednesdays.

So far I'm glad I did - these earlier videos (of the 67) are over an hour long so I have a line from my computer to a boom box so I can listen while I'm doing morning stuff, like breakfast, getting dressed, also. He also has them in mp3 download.

Wow..you are in an online marking forum and fell for that hook line and sinker! All you talk about can be explained VERY easily.

-NAME the MANY million dollar companies
-NAME the high level people he met with BEFORE he gained a LARGE VALUABLE following
-NAME a person who could not afford those cars after selling over 100k e-book for $67 a pop
-IF he knows how to sell...why was he NOT selling before the Lambo video? Do you realize he has written books and they have less than 10 reviews in YEARS.
-Explain how he has time to spend EVERY day running and promoting his e-book while running million dollar companies on the side

I'm sorry but you have been played. This guy has been running schemes for a while now and never made it until he cheated his way to the top. Just about everything he has done before is in the shadows for a reason. His failed books. He fraudulent dating sites. His wealth management roles where he advised million dollar companies while was likely a low to mid level job like being a financial advisory at a commercial bank.

You need to pay more attention to what happened in 2015. He started with HINTS of luxury and LOTS of name dropping. He ended up with MASSIVE demonstrations of wealth AND a billionaire in "his" house by the end of 2015. Do you not see the very clear signs of somebody with a massive change in lifestyle? Like a person who won the lottery? If he was the real deal, he would have been hanging with big celebs and millionaires in January 2015, BEFORE he blew up.

Right now he has a LARGE audience which has MASSIVE value to MANY people who are now chasing him down and feeding his illusion which has now became reality. By my estimation he has made $12 million dollars in e-book sales. Unless his website is lying about those numbers.

Imagine I go around telling people I'm a billionaire investor and use that to get people to invest with me. In a year...I will really BE what was previously an illusion..however...the fact that I'm not really skilled in investing will remain the same. Bad example, because my investments with people's money will probably fail but you should get the point. Fake it till you make it...but when you make it, you are still a fake.

BTW...I actually have had direct exposure to wealth management...so I KNOW for a fact how you could EASILY spin it to make people think you are something you are not. Technical a bank manager can say they "manged millions of dollars in assets". The devil is in the details. HOW exactly did you manage those assets exactly? Questions to ask Tai. #ImNotBuyingIt #BootlegGuru

In fairness, you don't know who's making money and who isn't, so that's perhaps an unwarranted criticism in itself.

Videos like this are made with perfect knowledge that they will appeal to people who will be impressed, but also people who will revolt (regardless if they make money or not), so revolting against those who revolt is like shouting at a singer in an opera.

All three parties nourish the masterplan of exposure.

Since then I've "seen" him in multiple ocasions which strengthens his reputation. He certainly isn't a scammer or a fake rich IM'er. He's actually involved in multiple projects but his youtube campaign might do more harm to his reputation... he's spending waay to much or I'm waay too much retargeted.

I agree on the annoying part. First saw his ads on YouTube a couple months ago. Tried to watch just because I like to study other people's ads. Couldn't make myself sit through the whole thing.

I didn't get the arrogant vibe though. Maybe I didn't watch long enough. Regardless, if he's still running the ads it's probably worth at least studying them.

All comes down to personal preference. I quite like Tai, he basically just brings together a bunch of information from other people and breaks it down into easy to digest format. He reads a book a day (cover front and back, contents, first and last paragraph of each chapter) and that's enough to work out if the rest of the book is worth reading. The old 80 / 20 rule though! Yes he has a Lamborghini, and he can afford it. He has a number of business he invests in, improves the business then sells. Personally I highly recommend his 67 day course, just have the right mindset to use it in a way the best benefits you.

Yep, followed Frank Kern, followed That Irish guy with WSO,s followed Charles Kirkland, John Reese for a while, but he bored the s*** out of me, followed that Pay Per Click guy, (can't think of their names off hand) and the other guy also with a new Lamborgini, (looks like the same one)!

They all give good advise to a point, but NEVER give what you desperately need, which is a sure fire way to make money!

Well, l got close with the PPC Classroom one, and WSO Mastermind, Charles Kirkland gives good advise like this guy most likely will, but only gives trashy traffic gen, options.

He may give you PPC options as a last resort, (l have bought some of his stuff).

Frank Kern, similar deal, eventhough l got some cool software off of him, (which didn't really work) at one point, and a lot of funny and entertaining videos, (most have been pulled).

I will give you the three steps to wealth, groan, how many frickin times have a heard that one!

I did click on the link, and he does a Frank Kern type presentation, from a mansion, (no surprise there).

For a newbie this might help, but l can virtually guarantee you that unless you give him $10,000 a month, or have dumb luck on your side, (Frank built an 8k list from spamming, this was just before it was illegal) it won't happen!

Not even doing videos on a beach with an attractive woman will do it, (well, it might depend,....)?

Spoken like a newbie, with shiny object syndrome, or SOS, go and do his course and buy his s***.

The only reason we are knocking this is we have seen it all, just another Frank Kern clone!

The three points, probably, when to kiss, what to kiss and when it Kiss it?

Or how to get a fistfull of Credit Cards then max them out?

And some of us are making money, but know that staying with one thing, and working like a dog is the only real way to crack this!

Watching videos like this, not for me!

His real plan is probably, creating a product on Clickbank, taking out a second mortgage, getting a handful of family to buy his s***, and then hiring the fancy car and mansion, to sucker in the 10k of newbies flooding the internet every month!

And showing his sales results in the video, proving that the sales are legit, well, more or less!

Doesn't matter especially if a newbie has coughed up $70 bucks!

But the John Reese, video l posted it probably 7 to 10 years old, so,.......that seems to be one of the rules, go and rent a black Lamborghini, because that is a newbie shiny object magnet!

Do a presentation in a mansion, or better still show everyone around, and throw in some midget throwing, perhaps?

And of course images of you being on the street with $50 left, before someone magically lifts you out of it, probably a Russian hacker who makes a billion a day?

Yes, Lear jets and tropical beaches with a few supermodels, are sure to follow?

This formula sucked me in 6 years ago, so it does work, but unfortunately it also puts you on a dead end track.

Good for experience, but in regards to making money asap, not so good!

When it comes to John Reese, I think you are way off base. His original "traffic secrets" helped me immensely as a newbie. His success isn't imaginary or hype - and neither are some of the other top dog marketers.

Don't get so carried away in bashing "gurus" that you include anyone who has succeeded in the MMO niche. After a while it sounds like nothing but envy and you don't want to go there.

John R used to post here regularly until we started adding newbie MMO wannabes who were more interested in bashing 'gurus' than in learning from them.

I think it does matter if you are pulling out quotes from months ago in order to complain about gurus yet again.

Old thread, but just my opinion:

I have no hatred for the guy, but I also don't put him on a pedestal like some of my friends do. Those friends of mine are NOT in the internet marketing space, so it's no wonder they're soooooooo impressed. All of this 'rich talk' is practically new to them.

Tai is what I like to call a "self-improvement marketer" - where he motivates you with a lot of anecdotes and mixes some marketing in between.

At the end of the day, he is just like the many other people some of us have followed: He sells information.

Thus, I don't necessarily consider him a con artist or a scammer at all. He is merely a motivational speaker who charges you for his speeches. Nothing wrong with that, in my view.

Thats my two cents. Nothing new here.
    Let's move on.

Hold on, your not telling me that the MMO niche is all about selling the dream of getting rich and not actually a method to get rich, who knew...

Ok, maybe l am getting close to guru bashing, but l am correct in my initial idea, that you will always get the next best thing to what you want, first and foremost, and usually have to cough up serious cash to get what you really want!

And if you got something from John Reese then good, but l have watched or tried to watch some of his videos, and lets just say that he isn't a very engaging individual on video, or he bores me to tears!

Frank Kern is more engaging, (and usually funny) but yet again his advise doesn't really translate into cash, (l followed him for 5 years, and still click on his emails).

The closest l got to success, was with PPC Classroom, (Anik and Emit Meta) and after 7 months realized that the only way to make it work was to develop a high selling product that l had, little knowledge of.

OR the WSO one, that could have worked, but developing software or trying to learn it, wasn't my area of interest.

And the Irish guy saying that he would virtually run your product past his list was BS!

I had a product that was ideal for his list, and he ignored it!

He had good advise, but also pushed the truth to get a signup!

      And the list goes on.....

This guy is a new face, spewing the same old stuff, and as others have said that isn't bad within itself, but it can lead to a lot of wasted time and money, with nothing much else, apart from increasing your skill set at the end of the day!.

The person who writes the book on getting rich, will probably get rich, and the people who read it, (since it is usually theory) will put another book on the shelf, and be $15 poorer!

Because most of us reading about this are chuckling that anyone would be watching or discussing or caring about these videos. Bragging about a car and who you know sound like compensation for a personal problem to me.

And Morgan was telling me, "You are the only guy I know, that can afford a full tank of gas".

Well I'm glad you clarified my misinterpretation.

I found this on Wiccapedia (the Pagan Encyclopedia)...

"She has also appeared on the television series Chuck as Dr. Honey Woodcomb, the mother of Captain Awesome."
