Now, here's an ingenious idea (and looks like he's doing pretty good, too).

This guy has made $15 million retrieving lost golf balls from ponds

Perhaps there could be a "how to" information product on this .

I knew this to be a viable business many years ago.

But i did not know anyone could take it to this level.

The guy in the OP has been doing this for years - and every now and then you see a story about it. I'd expect less competition in Florida because of the alligators...and snakes...

Hey wait a minute... I live in Florida!

Actually, I just retired my jon boat and commercial fishing gig a few months back...terrible season this year.

Usually do $20k - $30k over 90-100 days, cast netting an invasive species, known as Hassa (armoured catfish - aka, Brown Hoplo) - South American cultures think of them like we think of shrimp or lobster! This year sucked, really didn't have a season.

I've dealt with gators, cotton-mouth snakes, and I'd do the golf ball thing in a heartbeat!!!

Come to think of it, when I was a little-on, my dad used to pay me to fill a bucket... Only back then, I'd find all the ones that were in the woods and outskirts of a driving range... Too funny, I actually remember that!

In between internet marketing of course.

  • Hard work can pay but 99% will not dive into ponds for balls with snakes and alligators they demand a button to push for their million!
