Apparently everyone is going crazy about the new search engine DuckDuckGo and even claiming it is better than Google? Anyone believe this statement?

    It's been around for a few years now, so isn't exactly new. The main selling point for is it doesn't collate user search details as the other SE's do. Great for doing searches you'd prefer to not let anyone know about.

    If by new you mean 5.5 years old, yea, it's new.

    If by going crazy about a search engine that's not even a blip, yea, that's crazy.

    If by better than Google you mean lol, yea it's better.

      I've used it on a few searches and it gave me completely different results than Google, which was what I was hoping for.

      Other than that, I wouldn't think that Googles loosing any sleep over it.
