i am fairly certain that a lot of you are still typing with two fingers.
well are you?
now i admit that i do.
but my excuse is old age.
the thumb generation should all be doing it correctly.
so be honest here.

I can type about 30 words a minute and that's with a disability due to a car accident that left my entire left side mostly paralyzed. I use the index finger on my left hand to hit the shift key and that's it.

Typing isn't so hard, but its easier if you learn it when your in school. But I prefer to type than actually using a pen or pencil to write with. It must be a computer generation thing.

  I can type about 150 keystrokes a minute of which about 40% of that is using the backspace key. I cheated in high school by looking down during typing tests in order to pass and never recovered....

  I keep trying to type using all my fingers but hit the wrong keys to many times so I just have to look at the key board for me to type. I still peck though.

i type about 75wpm. if i warm up i can get up to about 85wpm. i started typing in highschool on actual electric typewriters

  I type with my 10 fingers, without ever looking at the keys and I can type and write in several languages too.
  
  I only wish I could figure out how to make money online other than selling stuff on ebay. So far I must admit that I have been a IM zero!
