How much time you pass for internet and how much time you pass for Workouts?

Only earning money couldn't be our main goal, We should keep our help in a sound condition. We should keep regular exercise on our routine too.

All we need is to make a healthy and happy life.

You are right.. Every one must understand the importance of good health. Spend some time on gym and workout. It gives you energy to go ahead and work hard without compromising the health. I spend 1 hour at the gym. Besides being in a firearms safety training class, I practice Yoga and Meditation at home for another 30 minutes.

Yes, the help need to keep in shape. Make sure they do all the laundry and house cleaning daily and it is like a free health club membership for them.

I'll workout when I'm dead. That's also when I plan to get caught-up on my sleep.

So we should expect to see you as a zombie doing Yoga and taking the occasional nap?

But brains is off the menu, might have to have the occasional salad?

But l usually walk around a shopping centre every few days, and do Pilaties and a little jym twice a week!

Probably 15 to 20 minutes now and then, it does wonders for bad backs!

PS any jokes that l have made here, are for entertainment purposes only and are not a personal attack on an individual or subject matter,......groan!

I train for about 1.5 hours in the gym doing power bodybuilding 3 days per week. But that's because I take about 3 min off between sets.

I then do 1.5 hours of speed walking 4 days per week (not on weight training days).

I do 2 - 30 min sessions of martial arts training each week.

1 session of sword or knife work for 30 min each week such as Wara mat cutting or training post work.

                                  That's about it for training.

I then work anywhere from 10 to 14 hours depending on whether I can stay awake sometimes.

But, I stop and have feedings (meals) every 3 hours. So, that takes about 15 min each to consume.

                                  That's pretty much my routine.

                                      Well, yes.

I was just laying out my routine. I'm not over the top like I was in my 20's and 30's. I'm 52 now, so I've slowed down a bit.

Not due to age mind you, but more because my injuries sustained in the Marines keep deteriorating.

Power bodybuilding is as you might have guessed power lifting combined with bodybuilding.

I believe men should be strong, formidable and fierce.

But, I was raised on the side of a mountain in northern Wyoming in a military family. So, my views are not for everyone.

But, that's what makes this planet interesting, all the different views.

Most of the time you just end up in short debates with Tards. You end them quickly because, you should never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

But, there are some smart folks out there that make for interesting conversations. You just don't meet them very often is all.

When I'm 90 I'll still be in the gym training harder than 99% of the youngsters.
If I'm alive, I guarantee you that's what I'll be doing.

My daily workout: Office is upstairs....

Grab my coffee go upstairs. Forgot my work binder, go back downstairs.
Up the stairs with my binder, turn on my computer and log in to stuff.
Coffee is cold. Grab cup and go back downstairs to kitchen.
Back upstairs and work for a while. 3 dogs sitting next to me whining because it's time for their breakfast.
Go downstairs, get their foodies ready and get dressed to go to barn.
Feed the horses, feed the dogs get my coat, boots and stuff put away and go back upstairs.
Sit down, try to remember where I'm at on the computer... take a sip of my coffee.. it's cold!
    Back downstairs!

Anyhow, this up and down the stairs goes on all day. I really don't take extra time to work out!

I really don't take extra time to work out!

lol. I think I'd repurpose two rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. I'll let you guess that I'd do with the one downstairs.

Had my office downstairs for a long time, in the dining room. My "office" was getting too big so we moved everything upstairs. It's also a lot warmer up here!

It's a lot safer for me downstairs, though. I can't tell you how many times I have fallen UP the stairs! LOL! Or, how many times the dogs have taken me out going down the stairs! I wear a helmet now. (My husband makes me).

Forget the helmet. This is what you need.

Get the energy saver model on the fridge.

I pay only 15-20 minutes for exercises per day. But I promised myself that I'll never miss this trainig, so I'm doing it every day for more than 4 month.
I've just developed intensive training on all groups of muscles which works great for me.
I know 20 minutes is not a lot, but with such a tough schedule, it's the only option for me.

My mommy says the best exercise for the whole body is dancing. Dance for 1 hour on your favorite music every day. You will not only enjoy it, but you will also be able to lose fat and become a happy guy.

For almost all my life I've had jobs that were both physically and mentally challenging (after all I am mentally challenged to begin with). So I just called work exercise. When I mowed lawns I walked around 20 miles a day. Doing clean ups, mulching and shrub trimmed meant hefting 80lb+ barrels on my shoulder and walking to the truck. Most times planting trees and shrubs required digging a hole with a shovel and pic axe.
The one job I had (for a year) that wasn't physical ended up giving me spinal stinosis and generative disk disease .

About 1.5 hours every week. Largely jogging.

I probably will increase it to maybe 5 or 6 hours a week. in the coming weeks as the midterms go by.
