    I appreciate people who love pets just like me. I have been adopting cats since I was a kid but they come and go most of the time. Now I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. And to make sure not to lose my cats anymore, I let them stay inside the house. Also, they don't get along well with the dogs which is opposite to what is in this picture.

      We have one dog and one cat, who will sleep side-by-side quite often. I'm guessing having just one of each may make a difference in how much they cozy up to each other. They may be more inclined to stick with their own kind when that's an option.
