Which internet security software do you use?

I was using Kaspersky on my old sxps 160.

I have used norton, mcafee and trend micro.

The thing which I liked about kaspersky was it was having an adblocker, less false results.

Now I just got a new sxps 1640 with 1080p RGBLED screen and I must say that this screen is superb and I want to try some new internet security software.

Let me know which I.S. you are using.

Thanks

AVAST is free and it will scream to the rafters if you land anywhere with the JS redirects and injection viruses that most anti-virus programs won't even detect. It won't even let you onto an infected site. Cleans your email out, too. Best software out there as far as I'm concerned.

I have to agree with HeySal, as I also use Avast anti-virus. But, I also use AdAware to check for malware (and I also use Spybot). And, then I use ZoneAlarm to create a firewall to protect my DSL.

I am using AVG from last one year and it is very effective. I mainly used for internet security purpose. Besides of providing a good firewall, it tells me which sites are safe to open. So just go for it and be safe from viruses.

Norton and avast, using a combination to catch everything. They seem to do the trick.
