Alternative Medicines and/or Therapy...

So...

With all this sitting at the computer lark...

I have found that my back gives me real trouble.

I went to a Dr who specializes in alternative therapies... she sorted my back for me..which is FANTASTIC.

BUT

When I requested to pay her in alternative currency.. like packets of buttons or paper clips....

She refused and called the authorities.. what's with that?

    Yeah Jay - some of the alternative health practioners have become unreasonable as traditional Doctors. It happens to the best of em - the smell of money in the morning can be just irresistable. You know how it goes.

    For back pain due to too much sitting upright.......
    Lay on the floor and draw your knees up to your chest, then pull your chin toward your breastbone until you feel your back stretch. Rock gently - then just lie there for a few minutes and imagine your body just melting into the floor - rock gently a bit again. Then swing your knees - to the left as near as you can to the floor without moving your shoulders - then to the right - rinse repeat, then just lay still again for a few minutes.

    Okay........I will accept payment of your membership to my affiliate program or you can send me a case of Mike's Hard Lemonade or 3 bottles of Asti. One is free and can make you some money......the others, well.......I kinda like the smell of lemonade in the morning...........

      Alternative medicines? I always wanted to know - alternative to what?
      If they mean medicines of choice, why don't they say so? There aren't many medicines and therapies for cancer that I have not tried but never was any of them called an alternative - it was just a medicine.

        Maybe that health practitioner is in need of money. I suggest that for back relief, try EFT. This is a Universal Healing Aid which aligns the disruptions on the energy flow of your body.
