So impressed with her child was this woman that she wanted to contact the man who provided the Tadpole and thank him. She ended up marrying him, so the little girl had the real father as her dad.

      I'm thinkin' since there's no real market for used sperm, that there's not to many incidences of guys wanting theirs back when the supply is relatively replenishable for at least most of the average lifespan of the donor.
