Yes, had a similar thing happen with W7, they are not dangerous, but frickin annoying.

They also go off the desktop page, but be careful deleting them, l had to bring up cs, bridge to see them all and if you select them all, you could also be putting all of your files into the bin as well.

I did that, and lost a few things, so take care getting rid of them, and it seems to be virtually impossible to get rid of, so do what l did, put it on Nortons, or whatever, ignore list.

Or list of sites to block, that seems to keep it at bay, most of the time anyway.
