  1. If you bought an expired domain.
  2. Set up email on it.
  3. Then you get an email from paypal.
  4. Use you the forgot password link to recover the account.
  5. Log into Paypal and the balance is $33,493 USD.

Hypothetically speaking of course.

  • I would probably ignore it since Paypal can take that back from you anytime in the next few years when they discover it was not yours...
